Expert Center provides a platform that connects users with psychic readers, tarot card readers, astrologers, palm readers, and spiritual advisors ("Advisors"). Our services include:

• Live psychic reading sessions via chat, voice, and video
• Tarot card readings and interpretations
• Astrology charts and horoscope readings
• Palm reading analysis
• Daily horoscopes and spiritual guidance content

Expert Center acts as a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between users and independent Advisors but do not directly provide psychic or spiritual services ourselves.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our services are offered on a pay-per-session or subscription basis. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all charges at the prices listed at the time of purchase
• Provide valid payment information for processing
• Accept that prices may change at any time without notice

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied with a reading, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the session.

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any Advisor or other user
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Record or distribute sessions without the consent of all parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Expert Center, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Expert Center or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Expert Center does not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or advice provided by Advisors. Results may vary, and we make no warranties about the outcomes of any services provided through our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Center and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
